One of them you would wire to the batteries using 10 gauge wire such as # 10-2-1, sold by the foot, and the other one would wire to the solar panels. It sounds like your leaf springs are not the issue and changing your springs to a higher capacity could cause a rougher ride when traveling. The bounce or sway has to do with how you set your stabilizer legs and it sounds like they are not supporting enough weight. In order to confirm this you will need to take a quick measurement of the leaf spring you have now. To select a cushioned equalizer for your trailer suspension to replace the standard equalizer you'll use the mounting hole spacing on your original part as a guide. The Lippert Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizer Kit # LC314336 for tandem 5.2K axles should be a drop-in replacement for the standard equalizers on your trailer which have about 16-inches between shackle bolt holes. But if find that you do need longer shackle straps you can order them separately as neither they nor shackle bolts are included with the Equa-Flex.
